The AI Operating System you install to build or rebuild your business.

The AI Operating System for owners building from zero or rebuilding the company they already run. It keeps the business in operating memory, works through any AI provider — Claude, GPT, Gemini — and runs closed-loop systems that get sharper every week. Growth marketing is where it starts.

The Problem

Build or rebuild your business around AI, not a drawer of disconnected tools.

Most owners are duct-taping disconnected AI chats onto old workflows, re-explaining the business every session. The Bored Room is the operating memory and loop system that keeps the context, prepares the work, learns from outcomes, and keeps improving.

One operating memory for the whole business

Build from zero or 100x what each person already does. The OS carries your business in memory so every function works from the same context.

Any AI provider, your context

Claude, GPT, and Gemini are interchangeable engines. Business memory follows every AI Team Member and frontier surface, so output gets sharper instead of restarting from zero.

Closed loops that compound

The system recommends next actions, prepares approved work, reads results, and turns outcomes into operating knowledge. Every loop makes it smarter.

First systems

It starts with growth. It doesn't stop there.

Growth marketing is the first wedge because it is expensive, repetitive, and measurable. The first systems you run hit the work owners already feel: conversion leaks, creative fatigue, customer language, neglected follow-up, sharper competitor responses, founder-led content, sharper outbound, product issues that need repair, and outside-AI work scattered across tools. The same memory and loops extend to every other function as you grow.

01

Closed-loop CRO

Find the highest-impact page or checkout leak, draft the rewrite, create the A/B test Action, and remember the result.

02

Closed-loop creative strategy

Turn winning and losing creative into reusable tags, next-test briefs, approval steps, and future performance learning.

03

Customer voice loop

Turn reviews, calls, tickets, and emails into offer language, landing-page sections, objections, and ad hooks.

04

Lifecycle revenue recovery

Spot abandoned carts, lapsed customers, or stalled leads and draft the follow-up flow with measurement attached.

05

Competitor response

Track a competitor move, explain what changed, draft counter-positioning, and turn the response into reviewable work.

06

Founder-led content loop

Turn a founder's note or voice-note transcript into LinkedIn posts, newsletter ideas, and a point-of-view map the AI Team remembers.

07

Personalized teardown outbound

Create useful account-specific teardown emails and Loom scripts instead of generic cold-email volume.

08

Customer issue repair loop

Turn support tickets, app issues, and bug reports into approved repair briefs, coding-agent handoffs, receipts, and product memory.

09

Outside AI work becomes memory

Use GPT, Claude, Gemini, or image tools where they are strongest, then save artifacts, transcripts, and generated assets back to the Library.

Daily loop
Your AI Team

Nine specialists. One shared business memory.

Each team member owns an outcome — not a vague job title. They share one memory of your business, your customers, and what worked last week. The pack ships with growth; your team grows into every function.

Brand Strategist

Brand positioning, ICP, strategic narrative, alignment across the team.

Paid Media Manager

Meta and Google ad performance, plus TikTok/Pinterest creative exports saved as source material. Prepares approval-gated change briefs until platform write actions are live.

Content Director

Content calendar, creative briefs, asset cataloging, content-to-performance attribution.

Chief of Staff

Daily briefing, cross-agent synthesis, deadline tracking, candid weekly assessments.

Creative Director

Ad creative scoring, concept ideation, and provider-native creative briefs/assets through frontier surfaces.

Conversion Lead

CRO — landing pages, funnel drop-off, A/B test design, UX friction.

SEO Lead

Keyword research, on-page audit, technical SEO, content gap analysis.

Community Manager

Founder-led organic growth — LinkedIn-first POV content, audience learning, and trust-building engagement loops.

Market Intel

Competitor monitoring — pricing, ad library, content gaps, share of voice.

Need an AI Team Member that isn't here? Your team builds new specialists, capabilities, and dashboards from a sentence. The pack ships with nine; it grows with your business.

The cadence

A normal week with your AI Team.

What lands in your inbox while you run the rest of the business. You set direction. The team drafts. You review and ship.

The honest answers

The questions you'd ask before you switch.

Is this only a marketing agency replacement?

No. The Bored Room is an AI Operating System for building or rebuilding your business around closed-loop AI systems — the persistent memory and context layer your AI Team works from, whether you are starting from zero or 100x-ing what your current team can do. We start with growth marketing because the work is repetitive, expensive, and measurable. The same business memory, AI Team Members, approved execution, and learning loops expand into other functions over time.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Every output is a draft until you approve it. Nothing ships to ad accounts, your storefront, or your feeds without a click. When the team gets it wrong, you say so in chat — it learns and remembers. The Chief of Staff gives a candid weekly assessment of what the team got right, what it got wrong, and what it's still calibrating on.

Who owns the data, and where does it live?

You do. Everything lives in your isolated business account — your memories, campaigns, creative briefs, documents, and operating context. We use frontier model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) under contracts that prohibit training on customer data. You can export the business account as a ZIP at any time, or delete the account and have everything wiped within 30 days.

Do I have to pick models, write prompts, or wire up integrations?

No. Claude, GPT, and Gemini are interchangeable engines under the hood. The OS routes each task automatically — quick checks stay fast, strategy work gets deeper, and provider-native surfaces are used when they are the best path. You connect the accounts you already have (Meta, Google, Shopify, Stripe, GA4) by clicking a button. No prompt engineering, no agent configs, no model dropdowns. The team is the interface.

What if I need an AI Team Member that isn't in the nine-person pack?

Ask for it in chat. Your existing team will spawn a new specialist — Email Lifecycle Lead, Affiliate Manager, Wholesale Buyer Coordinator, whatever you need — with the right business context and capabilities attached. The launch pack ships with nine because that covers the recurring growth work first. It expands without a release cycle.

How long is the contract? Can I cancel?

Month-to-month on Starter through Platform. Cancel any time from settings — no exit interview, no quarterly business review, no 12-month commitment. Annual billing saves 20% if you want it; the cancel-anytime terms still apply. Managed Boardroom is custom and starts at three months.
